Fair Use Policy
Last Modified: 7th March, 2024
We strive to provide the Yazo Software as a Service Application (hereinafter: Service) fairly to all our Users while maintaining correspondingly high levels of quality. In order to do so, we maintain this Fair Use Policy which applies to all Users.
The Service contains many features with varying effects on shared processing resources and data generation. Under this Fair Use Policy, we establish—in our sole discretion—“outer-bound” limits intended to maintain the quality, availability, stability, uniformity, and performance of the Service (hereinafter: Limits). Nearly all Users (95%+) regularly fall well within the Limits. Exceeding the Limits will result in (i) throttling or limitation of access to the Service, with or without warning; and/or (ii) additional costs.
Limits listed below apply to all currently available subscription plans. If you do not agree to these rules, please do not use the Service.
Subscription Plan | Fair Use limit | Restriction after Fair Use |
---|---|---|
Free, Free Trial | 100 requests/month | Max. 10 requests/day |
Professional, Essential, Unlimited, Lifetime |
1,000 requests/month | Max. 10 requests/day |
Business | 3,000 requests/month | Max. 10 requests/day |
We reserve the right to update this document, at any time, including but not limited to changing Limits.
